About the position

The e-Commerce and Retail Digital Manager will report to the Director of Digital and Social Marketing and is responsible for driving e-commerce development, planning, and management to enhance revenue and profit. This role involves optimizing cross-platform search engine strategies and supporting various partner digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement e-commerce initiatives to accelerate revenue and profit growth across e-commerce channels such as Amazon.com and Walmart Marketplace.
• Lead key e-commerce marketing initiatives to connect with consumers through enhanced content development and value propositions.
• Manage the development of online marketing initiatives including promotional planning and search engine optimization.
• Leverage online metrics to optimize marketing initiatives for consumer experience and profitability.
• Manage online category management for Amazon and Walmart Marketplace, considering consumer trends and competitive products.
• Develop merchandising plans for new and existing products in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
• Own e-commerce marketing and promotional calendar development and management.
• Launch and test emerging e-commerce capabilities to simplify online shopping behaviors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5-6 years of experience in eCommerce, Digital Merchandising, or Digital Marketing in retail or automotive sectors.
• Strong strategic thought leadership and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience in developing cross-platform digital programs.
• Basic knowledge of data and metrics for performance measurement using Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Google Analytics is a bonus.
• Ability to structure and analyze data for business insights.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in agency or brand-side roles in eCommerce.
• Familiarity with generative AI search technologies.
