• Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Conduct product demos and provide detailed descriptions to enhance customer understanding and drive sales.
• Oversee cash handling processes for online transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies that align with e-commerce goals.
• Supervise junior staff members or interns as needed, providing guidance on best practices in e-commerce operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail sales or e-commerce environments is preferred.
