About the position

The E-Commerce Associate and Customer Service role at a fast-growing luxury swimwear brand involves providing exceptional customer support and managing backend retail operations. This position is crucial for maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring smooth daily operations in the showroom and online.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting customers via email, DM's, live chat, text messages, and in-store sales in the showroom.
  • Managing product listings and overseeing inventory in the CRM system, with a preference for candidates with Shopify experience.
  • Supporting social media planning and content posting for the retail store page.
  • Maintaining an organized, clean showroom environment and ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Helping with inventory management to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

  • Prior retail or customer service experience.
  • Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and with attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Experience with Shopify or similar platforms is a plus.

Nice-to-haves
