About the position

The E-Commerce Business Development Manager at Ultimate Image Printing is responsible for driving growth and enhancing the performance of the company's B2C e-commerce platform. This role involves analyzing business health, developing marketing strategies, and collaborating with various teams to optimize revenue generation and brand positioning in a competitive market.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate the business health and performance of the B2C e-commerce website regularly and identify areas for improvement.
• Plan and develop strategies and execute initiatives for revenue growth using marketing channels such as Email Marketing, Content Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, and Site Optimization.
• Work closely with Web Designers, Operations, and IT teams to manage and complete projects.
• Collaborate with the production team to manage ads and product offerings to ensure consistent production.
• Stay updated on marketing trends and requirements to find ways to increase company visibility without relying on discounts.
• Maintain advertising budgets, coordinate social campaigns, adjust ad spend, and monitor performance.
• Review the customer journey through the website to identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze clientele to determine the ideal client and market to look-alike audiences.

Requirements

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Willingness to learn new things and continuously upgrade skills and knowledge in line with market trends.
• Experience with marketing programs (e.g., Email, affiliate, SEO/content marketing).
• Ability to work well with multiple teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google AdWords.
• Experience with B2C e-commerce.
• Proven track record of e-commerce business development.
