About the position

The e-Commerce Clerk position at Pick 'N Save involves selecting and gathering products for customers' online orders with a focus on efficiency, freshness, and quality. The role includes assembling orders, processing payments, and providing excellent customer service to enhance the online shopping experience. Responsibilities

• Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently.
• Assemble customers' online orders and process coupons and payments.
• Deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pickup.
• Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat business.
• Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Requirements

• Ability to work without supervision.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, and subtraction).

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a production-oriented or warehouse environment.
• Experience stocking shelves or as a cashier.
• Ability to meet or exceed customer expectations for shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws regarding food safety procedures.
