The Customer Service Specialist position at 36 Circles is focused on delivering exceptional customer service and support in an e-commerce environment. Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat support in a professional and friendly manner
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products, orders, and services
  • Process return orders and ensure timely resolution of customer issues
  • Process phone orders
  • Assist with various office tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document management
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in HubSpot or similar CRM system
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Continuously enhance knowledge of products and services to provide excellent customer support
  • Meet or exceed established performance metrics and customer service goals

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with HubSpot
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing
  • Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-centric attitude
