About the position

The E-Commerce Digital Ads Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital advertising campaigns across various online platforms. This role requires a strategic approach to align advertising efforts with business goals, while also optimizing campaign performance and collaborating with design and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive digital advertising strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
• Manage and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant channels.
• Collaborate with the design team to create compelling ad creatives, including graphics, videos, and copy.
• Plan and allocate budgets effectively across campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
• Conduct A/B tests to optimize ad performance and achieve better results.
• Develop and refine audience targeting strategies to reach the right customers at the right time.
• Keep up with the latest trends, best practices, and changes in digital advertising to ensure our strategies remain effective and competitive.
• Work closely with other marketing team members to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.

Requirements

• Previous experience in digital advertising, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
• Proficient in using digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and A/B testing tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
