About the position

The E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Coordinator position at The Royal Standard is a part-time role that requires a commitment of 20-25 hours per week. This position is primarily focused on various digital marketing tasks, with a strong emphasis on e-commerce activities. The coordinator will play a crucial role in managing and executing wholesale promotional materials, ensuring that the brand's aesthetic and customer understanding are at the forefront of all marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, as this role often involves working closely with team members on projects that are subject to tight deadlines and time constraints. In this role, the coordinator will be responsible for creating and managing wholesale advertisements, including those for The Crown Bistro and Faire campaigns. Graphic design skills are essential, as the coordinator will need to design various digital assets such as website home page banners and digital ads. Additionally, the position involves editing and uploading finished images to multiple platforms, including Net Suite, Rep Zio, Dash, and Dropbox. Organizational skills are critical, as the coordinator will maintain the on-site sample room and manage the transfer of samples to the retail store floor as needed. The coordinator will also be tasked with creating and importing size charts for all TRS products when importing product photos, maintaining and updating the spec sheet chart from Product Development, and adding related records to new items as time allows. Furthermore, the role includes moving items to additional or new commerce categories, updating the TRS wholesale website login page images quarterly, and creating Faire collections for wholesale promotions. The coordinator will also assist the digital marketing manager with various projects as needed, ensuring that all e-commerce initiatives are executed effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities
