About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager (E-commerce) is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies aimed at driving traffic, increasing conversions, and enhancing the online shopping experience. This role involves leading a team of digital marketing professionals and collaborating with various departments to create effective promotional campaigns and product launches.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for social media advertising and content marketing.
  • Manage social media e-commerce site and advertising campaigns to promote products and engage with customers.
  • Manage and optimize product listings, ensuring all e-commerce content is compelling, accurate, and aligned with SEO best practices.
  • Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to e-commerce, including website traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Collaborate with product, design, and sales teams to create promotional campaigns and product launches that resonate with the target audience.
  • Oversee the management of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and ensure seamless integration with marketing tools and analytics.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, retention, and repeat purchases.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on e-commerce management.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and digital marketing tools.
  • Understanding of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media marketing as they relate to e-commerce.
