About The Position

The eCommerce Digital Marketing Specialist at Aldevron plays a crucial role in enhancing the company's digital presence and online customer experience. This position involves developing and launching corporate websites on the Adobe Experience Manager platform, integrating eCommerce functionalities, and improving customer engagement through advanced marketing automation tools. The specialist will work closely with internal stakeholders to configure product information management systems and ensure seamless integration with external partners, ultimately contributing to the advancement of life sciences through innovative digital solutions.

Requirements

  • BS/BA Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Project Management, Marketing, e-Commerce or a related field.
  • Three or more years of professional experience in building frameworks for eCommerce platforms and web project management, particularly with Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Three or more years of experience in developing/managing eCommerce systems, with experience in Intershop being a plus.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience in creating and modifying AEM page templates via Edge Experience.
  • Experience in setting up and maintaining PIM systems, with experience in Inriver or Episerver being a plus.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in maintaining/integrating DAM systems into AEM and other applications.
  • Understanding of Core Web Vitals and technical SEO improvements.
  • Experience integrating REST APIs with front-end and backend ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, DS365), CRM systems (Salesforce), and payment gateways.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and launch a refresh of corporate websites on the Adobe Experience Manager platform.
  • Create, modify, and maintain page templates and content via AEM Edge Delivery Services.
  • Configure the Product Information Management (PIM) system and integrate it with external distribution partners.
  • Lead the integration of eCommerce functionalities into the website and third-party distribution partner sites.
  • Provide B2B customers with a best-in-class shopping experience.
  • Integrate a new marketing automation platform into the website for enhanced A/B testing and dynamic personalization tools.
  • Enhance online capabilities and customer experience with improvements to website apps and AI chatbots.
