About the position

The E-commerce/Digital Marketing Specialist at Artscape, Inc. is responsible for managing all aspects of e-commerce and digital product sales. This role requires a proactive and organized approach to navigate the dynamic digital landscape, focusing on optimizing product listings, analyzing sales data, and enhancing brand visibility across various online retailers.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain online stores and optimize product listings with third-party retailers while ensuring visual consistency.
  • Analyze and report on product sales, pricing, and market trends to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Research and present ideas to optimize digital presence for greater brand recognition and increased online sales.
  • Develop and execute effective ad campaigns and implement data-driven strategies to enhance visibility and conversion rates.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, conduct keyword research, and improve SEO for product pages.
  • Manage Amazon PPC campaigns and research new online retail channels.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director and Marketing Manager to expand digital marketing efforts.
  • Adhere to brand standards and design guidelines when presenting the brand online.
  • Maintain and update the Artscape website on the Shopify platform as needed.
  • Monitor and respond to online comments and feedback through digital retailers' platforms.
  • Contribute innovative ideas and strategies to boost digital efforts.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in e-commerce.
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and strategies.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon's algorithms and digital retailer success.
  • Experience working with larger retailer digital platforms such as Target, Wayfair, Home Depot, and Lowes.
  • Understanding of Google Ads and Analytics.
  • Ability to edit and update in the Shopify platform.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and troubleshoot online retailer platforms independently.

Nice-to-haves

  • HTML and coding experience.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Design layout skills.
  • Klaviyo email marketing knowledge.
