About the position

The E-Commerce & Digital Team Intern at McCormick & Company will be part of the Global Marketing Digital Transformation Team, focusing on enhancing the digital experience across e-commerce platforms. This 10-week internship offers college students the opportunity to develop leadership skills, work on real-world challenges, and collaborate with industry leaders while contributing to the company's mission of driving sales growth and optimizing product listings.

Responsibilities

• Make recommendations for improvement on product listings and inventory management.
• Deep dive on best approaches for collections and A/B test merchandising approaches.
• Work with Digital Marketing and the Culinary team to test different content approaches to drive sales through text messaging and email.
• Define and test different approaches to drive sales through recipes.
• Open PO's and track payments to key agencies and contractors while assisting in store budget management.
• Report performance of campaigns to commercial and brand teams.

Requirements

• Undergraduate rising junior or senior at an accredited college/university majoring in Marketing or related field required.
• Must be a team player.
