Responsibilities

• Manage and improve processes across e-commerce platforms to ensure smooth operations and alignment with growth objectives.
• Plan and execute strategic initiatives, including launching new collections and optimizing the customer journey.
• Oversee inventory flow to maintain proper stock levels for fulfillment and sales.
• Recruit and manage team members or external resources for creative, technical, and operational projects.
• Develop strategies to enhance customer retention, loyalty, and satisfaction.
• Drive marketing campaigns and promotions that align with business goals and seasonal opportunities.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive actionable insights.
