The E-Commerce / Internet Sales Manager at Manhattan Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram FIAT is responsible for overseeing the E-Commerce and Internet Sales Department. Responsibilities

• Train BDC representatives on how to answer internet leads and the importance of response time.
• Monitor all incoming internet traffic and prepare reports with data on a weekly basis.
• Handle multiple stores incoming internet leads.
• Monitor different internet sources.
• Analyze internet leads and prepare appropriate first responses.
• Ensure proper follow-up is being made in the system.
• Teach BDC representatives new and preowned internet workflows in the system.

Requirements

• Previous Automotive Management experience
• Professional appearance
• Enthusiastic and driven to succeed
• Previous BDC experience
• Working knowledge of CDK, route one, and manufacturer websites (Dealer Direct, K Dealer, etc.)
