About the position

The E-Commerce Manager (D2C) at Cooler Master is responsible for driving the growth and success of the company's online store. This role involves leveraging expertise in e-commerce, digital marketing, and online sales to create and implement strategic initiatives that optimize the online store's performance and enhance profitability. The position is crucial in ensuring that the digital presence aligns with business objectives and effectively reaches the target audience for revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Identify growth opportunities, sales channels, and market trends to drive revenue and customer engagement.
  • Manage budgets, forecast sales, and analyze financial performance with P&L accountability.
  • Oversee the end-to-end supply chain process, ensuring timely procurement, production, and delivery of products.
  • Ensure the in-house online store website is user-friendly, up to date, and optimized for a seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the web development team to implement necessary enhancements and improvements.
  • Utilize SEM and SEO knowledge to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize various paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and other digital platforms.
  • Utilize Google Analytics to track website performance, visitor behavior, and sales metrics, generating reports for actionable insights.
  • Leverage experience with WordPress and WooCommerce to maintain and enhance the online store's functionality.
  • Identify areas for improving the online shopping experience and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
  • Analyze user journeys and implement A/B testing to optimize the conversion rate on the website.
  • Work closely with supply chain and inventory management teams to ensure sufficient stock levels and timely fulfillment.

Requirements

  • Expertise in Shopify platform management, including theme customization and performance optimization.
  • Proven experience in growing in-house/company online store websites and driving e-commerce success.
  • Expertise in SEM and SEO, with a track record of improving website search rankings and visibility.
  • Proficiency in running various paid ad campaigns, particularly with Google Ads and other digital advertising platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics for performance tracking and reporting.
  • Ability to manage and optimize product listings, pricing, and inventory levels to maximize sales.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to work with cross-functional team members.
  • In-depth knowledge of the checkout process and customer journey touchpoints.
