About the position

The E-Commerce Manager for Sales & Marketing B2B is responsible for managing online business operations and strategic customer relationships, focusing on key accounts such as Costco, HomeDepot, Lowes, and Walmart. This role involves developing new accounts, driving growth, and collaborating with the executive team to enhance online revenue and brand loyalty across various e-commerce platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop online vendor and seller business strategies for key accounts in collaboration with the sales and marketing department.
  • Manage daily listing maintenance, content descriptions, and content optimization for products.
  • Increase listing visibility and traffic through marketplace tools and promotions.
  • Improve search engine rankings and strengthen customer loyalty through effective marketing strategies.
  • Track weekly marketplace performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Lead projects aimed at enhancing operations within each marketplace.
  • Analyze performance and impact of digital marketing investments to determine customer impact and ROI.
  • Coordinate with the marketing department to ensure the official website is functioning properly and monitor site metrics.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of online marketplaces such as Costco, Walmart, HomeDepot, and Lowes.
  • Experience in buying and selling on large-scale online marketplaces.
  • Familiarity with sellercloud and EDI systems like TrueCommerce and Commercehub.
  • Intermediate knowledge of SEO, SEM, and e-commerce optimization.
  • Ability to analyze marketplace data and sales analytics for forecasting and communication.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration in a cross-functional environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, data sciences, or a related field.

Nice-to-haves

  • Associate degree in a relevant field.
