About the position

The Mane Attraction is seeking a dedicated and skilled E-Commerce Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Gluckstadt, MS. This full-time position is pivotal in managing all marketing operations within the organization. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure that all marketing tasks are executed efficiently and effectively. The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee all marketing campaigns from conception to execution, ensuring that each campaign is successful and aligns with the company's goals. In this role, the Marketing Coordinator will continuously explore innovative ways to expand the business through brand awareness tactics and retargeting strategies. A key aspect of the position is to ensure that the organization's message is clearly defined and effectively distributed across all channels and targeted audiences. Additionally, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to achieve the desired outcomes. The successful candidate will be tasked with creating successful email and SMS campaigns using platforms such as Klaviyo and Postscript. They will also advise staff on copywriting for social media posts on platforms like Facebook and Instagram. Analyzing and studying Shopify analytics will be crucial to understanding customer behavior and optimizing marketing strategies. The Marketing Coordinator will be expected to stay ahead of viral trends and incorporate them into all social media channels, creating engaging content that resonates with our audience. Furthermore, they will work with the social media team to develop and maintain a profitable Brand Ambassador/Influencer program, ensuring that the company remains competitive in the market. The role also involves preparing, scheduling, and executing sales plans in accordance with the marketing budget, while ensuring that the company meets its daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals. The Marketing Coordinator will supervise a small team of 2-3 members, ensuring that they deliver on the social media content calendar and review all marketing analytics to assess performance. Minor website updates related to marketing materials will also be part of the responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all marketing operations of the organization alongside the Marketing Manager.
  • Oversee all marketing campaigns from idea to execution ensuring success.
  • Continuously find ways to expand the business using brand awareness tactics and retargeting strategies.
  • Ensure the organization's message is clearly defined and distributed across all channels and targeted audiences.
  • Coordinate the organization's marketing budget.
  • Create successful email and SMS campaigns via Klaviyo and Postscript.
  • Advise staff for copywriting for Facebook and Instagram posts.
  • Analyze and study Shopify analytics to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Incorporate viral trends into all social media channels.
  • Create weekly content calendars for the social media team.
  • Work with the social media team to create and maintain a profitable Brand Ambassador/Influencer program.
  • Research competition and niche growth strategies.
  • Prepare, schedule, and execute sales plans in accordance with the budget.
  • Ensure the company meets its daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
  • Supervise a team of 2-3 members and ensure they deliver on the social media content calendar.
  • Review all marketing analytics and email/SMS analytics.
  • Perform minor website updates with marketing materials.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in E-commerce marketing.
  • 3 years of experience with Klaviyo.
  • 3 years of experience with Postscript.
  • 3 years of experience with Shopify.
  • 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to supervise a team.
  • Critical and analytical thinking skills.
