About the position

Permasteel Inc, a leading manufacturer of Outdoor Living Products located in Pomona, CA, is seeking an E-Commerce Marketing Specialist. This full-time position is pivotal in executing and optimizing online marketing strategies aimed at driving sales and enhancing the customer experience across our e-commerce platforms. The E-Commerce Marketing Specialist will collaborate with various teams, analyze performance data, and implement marketing campaigns designed to increase online revenue and customer engagement. In this role, the specialist will be responsible for managing third-party marketplace accounts, particularly focusing on platforms such as Amazon, Home Depot, Lowe's, Wayfair, and Walmart. The position requires a proven track record in developing and implementing advertising sales strategies that boost revenue and profitability, especially on Amazon. The specialist will also be tasked with tracking, analyzing, and reporting on key performance metrics (KPIs) such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS). Insights and recommendations based on data analysis will be crucial for optimizing marketing efforts. Collaboration is key in this role, as the specialist will work closely with colleagues to achieve business objectives and execute omni-channel campaigns that align promotions on third-party marketplaces with other company digital channels. Additionally, the specialist will manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads to maximize return on investment (ROI). Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies will be essential to maintain a competitive edge in the market. The specialist will also need to adapt strategies in response to changes in marketplace rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Implement effective e-commerce marketing sales and display advertising across key third-party marketplaces (Amazon, Home Depot, Lowe's, Wayfair, Walmart, etc.)
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS)
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and best practices
  • Collaborate with colleagues to reach business objectives and execute omni-channel campaigns across all digital platforms
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels to maximize ROI
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies
  • Stay informed about changes in marketplace rules and adapt strategies accordingly

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce marketing or digital marketing
  • Proven experience in managing third-party marketplace accounts
  • Experience developing and implementing advertising sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability on Amazon
  • Experience with Amazon Vendor Central, Amazon Ads, and Google Ads
  • Technical skills in Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, and Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail for project management
