About the position

The E-Commerce Marketplace Manager at Turning Point Brands, Inc. is responsible for driving growth and profitability across Amazon and other third-party marketplaces. This role involves strategic planning, product listing management, and collaboration with various teams to enhance the customer experience and achieve financial goals. The manager will oversee catalog management, campaign planning, and new product launches, ensuring effective execution and alignment with the company's objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Marketplace Strategy and Financial Goals, ensuring sustainable and profitable business operations on Amazon and third-party marketplaces.
  • Contribute to establishing quarterly objectives and execute strategies to achieve long-term vision.
  • Manage reporting on strategy execution and results across different stakeholders, including the management team.
  • Collaborate in all facets of Amazon Marketplace operations, defining processes and tools for effective management.
  • Support catalog management and optimization, ensuring efficient advertising and effective product launches.
  • Capitalize on seasonal opportunities through effective planning and execution, maintaining account health and inventory management.
  • Partner with logistics and inventory teams to optimize product assortment and pricing across marketplaces.
  • Align campaigns and strategies with brand teams to ensure consistency and efficiency across all touchpoints.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience managing and optimizing listings on Amazon Seller Central.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze sales data and identify trends for data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience with Amazon Advertising, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Display Ads.
  • Project management skills to handle multiple projects and ensure timely execution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interaction with internal and external partners.
  • Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues related to listings and inventory.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce best practices and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with e-commerce tools.
  • Customer service orientation to handle inquiries and maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with additional e-commerce platforms beyond Amazon.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.
