Responsibilities

• Responsible for shipping jewelry jobs to vendors
• Responsible for the tracking of jewelry jobs throughout the production process
• Assist with recurring inventory counts
• Supports the manufacturing of Jewelry through data entry including stone/component allocations
• Assist with the processing of customer returns
• Assists in the fulfillment of customer orders
• Assist with quality control of finished jewelry
• Serve as Shipping and Staging backup as needed
• Other tasks as needed

Requirements

• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Ability to learn multiple job functions
• Strong mathematical and organizational skills
• Team oriented and self-motivated; able to work independently
• Strong interpersonal communications skills
