Joining CAT Digital, you will play an integral part of the business as you will supervise and lead the Paid Marketing Media. You will develop, manage, and execute the global eCommerce paid media plans to achieve customer acquisition, retention, and revenue goals. This role involves managing a team of paid media experts and agencies to achieve business results while overseeing a significant paid media budget to achieve world-class ROAS and conversion rates. You will collaborate deeply with internal business partners, dealers, and agencies to achieve eCommerce results, leading a culture of inclusion, thought leadership, deep partnerships, professional development, and high employee engagement. Additionally, you will oversee research of multiple requests from business development leaders across the country, developing, recommending, and implementing market research plans for key products and services. You will also be responsible for developing strategic plans for the expansion of existing brands and the development of new products or services, coordinating the implementation of these plans, and presenting overall marketing plans and strategic direction for the region to senior management for funding approval and support.

Responsibilities

  • Manages a significant paid media budget while achieving world-class ROAS and conversion rates.

  • Leads a culture of inclusion, thought leadership, deep partnerships, professional development, and high employee engagement.
  • Oversees research of multiple requests from business development leaders across the country.
  • Develops, recommends, and implements market research plans for key products and services; collaborates on brand positioning, databases, and direct response.
  • Develops strategic plans for expansion of existing brands and development of new products or services; coordinates the implementation of plans.
  • Presents overall marketing plans and strategic direction for the region to senior management for funding approval and support.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of paid media marketing execution experience.
  • 3 years supervisory experience in paid media agency management.
  • Experience with multi-channel paid media tactics and multi-country marketing plans.
  • Experience in paid media collaboration plans with distributors/dealers.
  • Paid media execution experience with a Fortune 500 company.
  • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
