About the position

The E-commerce Product Manager at Johnson & Johnson will be responsible for managing the Commercial product ownership of E-commerce platforms. This role involves developing and managing the product vision and roadmap, overseeing Product Information Management (PIM) implementation, and collaborating with external partners to enhance the E-commerce Customer Experience. The position requires a strong understanding of the E-commerce ecosystem and industry trends, along with significant experience in product management and development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development and management of E-commerce product vision and roadmap.
  • Partner with other E-commerce product owners to prioritize product enhancement backlog.
  • Review and prioritize data insights and next best action based on established KPIs.
  • Oversee Product Information Management (PIM) implementation for Ethicon and governance of all product data in the PIM post-implementation.
  • Collaborate with external partners to design, launch, and manage enhanced E-commerce Customer Experience for key customer segments.
  • Partner with omnichannel counterparts and platform marketing leads to incorporate last mile data and intelligence into customer journey for targeted execution.

Requirements

  • BS/BA in business, marketing, design, or related field is required.
  • 6-8 years of work/industry experience.
  • A minimum of four (4) years of progressive experience in E-commerce product development, product management, marketing or a related field required.
  • Extensive experience in partnering with and leading a cross-functional team and organizational build-out.
  • Nuanced understanding of the E-commerce ecosystem/operations, customer journeys and industry trends and best practices.

Nice-to-haves

  • Leadership Experience with Information Technology, Marketing and/or Sales organizations, and Product Management.
  • Prior experience with agile methodologies, design thinking.
  • Ability to execute A/B tests and other experiments to optimize website elements.
