About the position

The eCommerce Sales Development Representative at Wasatch Rx LLC is responsible for engaging with clients through outbound sales efforts, focusing on acquiring new clients and securing repeat business from existing customers. This role is essential for enhancing the company's online business partnerships and involves customer service, platform management, and order management. The position offers a hybrid remote schedule after 90 days and includes a commission structure and seasonal promotion incentives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a minimum of 40 outbound calls per day to existing eCommerce clients to ensure satisfaction and upsell services.
• Generate leads by reaching out to potential new eCommerce clients through proactive communication and research.
• Implement email campaigns and outreach strategies to engage clients, promoting new products and company updates.
• Consult on trending product and pricing offer lists to support online retail platforms.
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, text, and email, addressing any issues or concerns.
• Process customer orders placed through online retail platforms and coordinate incomplete orders.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales and lead generation.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets or enhancing customer satisfaction in previous roles.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with intermediate-level skills.
• Ability to adapt and learn new sales platforms quickly.

Nice-to-haves
