About the position

The eCommerce Sales Development Representative at Wasatch Rx LLC plays a vital role in driving the company's online business partnerships. This position is primarily focused on outbound client engagement, customer service, platform management, and order management. Under the guidance of the eCommerce Manager, the representative is expected to make a minimum of 40 outbound calls per day. These calls are strategically divided, with 50% aimed at acquiring new or reactivated clients and the other 50% dedicated to securing repeat business from existing customers. This dual focus is essential for maintaining and expanding the company's client base in the competitive eCommerce landscape. In addition to outbound calling, the representative will implement email campaigns and outreach strategies to engage both existing and potential clients. This includes promoting new products, special offers, and company updates. The role also involves consulting on trending product and pricing offers, assisting with the online product catalog, and performing other project-based work as assigned. Exceptional customer service is a cornerstone of this position, requiring the representative to address customer inquiries and resolve order discrepancies effectively. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with eligibility for a hybrid remote schedule after 90 days of employment. The position is full-time, requiring 40 hours per week, and offers a competitive base pay of $21.00 per hour, with additional commission structures and seasonal quarterly promotion incentives.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct at least 40 outbound calls per day to existing eCommerce clients to ensure satisfaction, upsell, and address any issues.
  • Generate leads by reaching out to cold and warm potential new eCommerce clients through proactive communication and research.
  • Implement email campaigns and outreach strategies to engage both existing and potential clients, promoting new products, special offers, and company updates.
  • Consult on trending product and pricing offer lists.
  • Assist with online product catalog to support online retail platforms.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers via phone, company text, and email.
  • Research and resolve order discrepancies.
  • Process customer orders placed through online retail platforms.
  • Coordinate incomplete orders (pending or hold status).
  • Verify account registration for new customers.

Requirements

  • Preferred: 2 years of experience in outbound sales and lead generation.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets or enhancing customer satisfaction in previous roles.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel with intermediate-level skills.
  • Quick to adapt and learn new sales platforms.
