About the position

The E-Commerce Specialist will manage and enhance the online presence of a leading brand in stainless steel drinkware and food storage solutions. This role focuses on overseeing e-commerce operations, driving traffic to the website, optimizing the online shopping experience, and ensuring effective day-to-day management of the site. The ideal candidate will possess strategic thinking and hands-on expertise in e-commerce, digital marketing, and analytics to boost brand visibility and online sales.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the brand's e-commerce website.
  • Ensure website functionality, performance, and user experience are optimized.
  • Manage product listings, updates, and pricing to ensure accuracy and appeal.
  • Collaborate with developers or tech teams to implement new features or resolve issues.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive traffic to the website through SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
  • Analyze website traffic and user behavior to improve conversion rates.
  • Implement A/B testing to optimize user engagement and sales.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and revenue.
  • Leverage data analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure inventory accuracy and timely order fulfillment.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate product availability on the website.
  • Ensure an excellent online shopping experience for customers.
  • Address customer feedback and implement improvements to meet their needs.
  • Monitor and report on website performance, sales, and marketing efforts.
  • Use data to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce management.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms Shopify.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
