About the position

The E-commerce Order Auditor at Flipcost.com is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of online orders across various platforms, including Shopify. This role involves auditing orders, handling customer inquiries, analyzing fraud risks, processing returns, and managing order tracking. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, excellent Excel skills, and a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify orders across Shopify and other online marketplaces to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Professionally handle customer inquiries, concerns, and call-ins, providing timely and accurate information.
• Analyze order data to identify potential fraud risks or red flags related to credit card transactions and take appropriate action to prevent fraudulent activities.
• Manage and process return requests in accordance with company policies, ensuring a smooth and customer-friendly experience.
• Oversee order tracking and provide updates to customers as needed, addressing any issues related to tracking and delivery.
• Use Excel to generate reports, track order metrics, and analyze data to support decision-making and process improvements.

Requirements

• Previous experience in e-commerce or online order auditing and management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and communicate effectively.
• Experience with fraud analysis and the ability to identify and address red flags in credit card transactions.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing and processing orders.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Nice-to-haves

• Some college coursework preferred.
• Experience in customer service is a plus.
