About the position

The eCourts Analyst VI position at the Arizona Supreme Court is a lead role focused on training end users, maintaining training documentation, and testing eCourt applications. The analyst will collaborate with courts, judges, the public, and vendors, managing multiple projects and ensuring compliance with legal modifications. This role requires strong analytical skills to translate user needs into business requirements and draft necessary documentation. After an initial in-person training period, the position may allow for remote work up to two days a week, depending on performance and departmental needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead training sessions for end users on eCourt applications.
  • Maintain and update training documentation for eCourt systems.
  • Conduct testing for all eCourt applications to ensure functionality and compliance.
  • Work collaboratively with courts, judges, attorneys, and vendors on various projects.
  • Identify necessary configuration changes due to modifications in statutes, rules, and administrative orders.
  • Analyze business processes and translate user needs into business requirements.
  • Draft administrative orders, agreements, and memorandums of understanding.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or a related field.
  • At least five years of experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Ability to understand and interpret legislation, rules, and administrative orders.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills to meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience working independently with minimal supervision.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of court Case Management Systems.
  • Familiarity with court procedures and law firm business processes.
