About the position

The Litigation Paralegal will join the e-discovery team at McGuireWoods LLP, focusing on assisting attorneys with document collection and review processes in commercial litigation. This role requires expertise in e-discovery platforms and document management, ensuring efficient handling of large-scale litigation tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assisting attorneys with large-scale document collection during discovery.
• Assisting with large-scale document production and review through various platforms, such as Relativity.
• Maintaining, tracking, and reporting on data using Excel, including the creation of pivot tables.
• Managing case files through document management systems.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of litigation experience.
• Experience in document review software, such as Relativity, DISCO, Reveal, etc.
• Technically proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational skills, particularly with document management.
• Highly detail-oriented.
