About the position

The eDiscovery Project Coordinator at Bond, Schoeneck & King PLLC is responsible for supporting the management of electronically stored information throughout the litigation process. This role involves assisting case teams with document collections, processing, review, and production, while also addressing technical issues and implementing advanced workflows. The coordinator will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure efficient data management and compliance with firm protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assist in document collections, processing, review, and production of electronically stored information.
• Support case teams, outside counsel, clients, and experts in resolving complex database and technical issues.
• Implement advanced workflows in review, production, and exhibit databases.
• Create complex queries and filtering to aid in the organization of review methodology.
• Assist with searching, data analysis, validation, document coding, privilege logs, and transcript management.
• Support electronic processing, load file and data manipulation, and data loading into review platforms.
• Track disbursement charges for processing and document production.
• Ensure service vendors conform to firm guidelines and best practices for outsourced technology projects.
• Stay updated on technology and legal trends related to litigation support/eDiscovery.
• Train end-users on Practice Support applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Legal experience preferred.
• Ability to learn quickly and multi-task under pressure.
• Strong technical skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
