About the position

The eDiscovery Project Manager at TrustPoint International, LLC will play a crucial role in supporting the eDiscovery Team of an international law firm. This position involves developing training programs, implementing best practices for data management, and managing various administrative processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects while ensuring they stay within budget and timeline constraints.

Responsibilities

• Develop training and programs for the eDiscovery team
• Design and implement best practices for data management
• Research, organize and disseminate materials regarding eDiscovery case law, best practices and industry trends
• Support administrative processes such as timekeeping and billing and invoicing
• Plan, coordinate, and implement projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope
• Monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members

Requirements

• Proven working experience as a project manager in litigation or eDiscovery in a corporate law department, law firm or eDiscovery vendor
• Highly organized with ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong writing and communication skills along with attention to detail
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Extensive computer and database expertise, including Relativity experience
• Bachelor's degree required; JD or MBA is a plus
