About the position

The eDiscovery Sales Executive is responsible for developing new business opportunities within Am Law 350 firms and major corporations. This role involves maintaining relationships with corporate legal, IT security, and litigation support teams, while also managing the sales funnel and prospects using Salesforce. The position requires a proactive approach to sales in a remote environment, focusing on eDiscovery and related services.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business within Am Law 350 firms and Major Corporations
  • Maintain up to date records of prospects and sales funnel in Salesforce

Requirements

  • 3+ years of successful sales experience of eDiscovery & related services to law firms and corporations
  • Strong relationships with corporate legal, IT security, and/or litigation support teams at law firms
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to conduct both inside and outside sales campaigns
  • Entrepreneurial and comfortable working in an unstructured environment
  • Familiarity with security, forensics, data storage, and IT infrastructure
  • BA in Business or equivalent experience
