About the position

The eDiscovery Sales Executive at Excel Global Solutions is responsible for driving new business development within Am Law 350 firms and major corporations. This role focuses on leveraging strong relationships within corporate legal, IT security, and litigation support teams to meet and exceed sales targets in the eDiscovery sector.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business within Am Law 350 firms and Major Corporations
• Maintain up to date records of prospects and sales funnel in Salesforce

Requirements

• 3+ years of successful sales experience of eDiscovery & related services to law firms and corporations
• Strong relationships with corporate legal, IT security, and/or litigation support teams at law firms
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Ability to conduct both inside and outside sales campaigns
• Entrepreneurial and comfortable working in an unstructured environment
• Familiarity with security, forensics, data storage, and IT infrastructure
• BA in Business or equivalent experience
