About the position

Robert Half is seeking an Entry Level Analyst/Accountant to join their Full-time Engagement Professionals Team. This role is ideal for recent graduates with relevant internship or work experience, providing an opportunity to apply analytical and technical skills across various industries while learning new software.

Responsibilities

• Perform operational accounting - AP and AR
• Assist with reporting and reconciliation
• Collect, mine, monitor and review data
• Process financial transactions - tracking time and expenses
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports
• Perform data entry, verification, and back-up; and maintain database
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or similar
• Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills required
• Must have some experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Good research, quantitative, and analytical skills
• Good interpersonal skills, detail oriented, self-motivated and organized
• Good communication and presentation skills - verbal and oral
• Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working in Accounting ERP software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP)
