About the position

The Training and Support Specialist role focuses on creating in-person and online training content to support Medicaid Direct and Medicaid Managed Care Training Projects. This position requires strong instructional design and technical knowledge, along with the ability to develop resources that enhance employee learning. The specialist will facilitate live virtual meetings and events, ensuring effective communication and collaboration within the team.

Responsibilities

• Create in-person and online training content to support organizational initiatives.
• Develop resources such as tips, job aids, and templates for employee learning.
• Facilitate and support live virtual meetings and events.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training curriculums.
• Create training videos and microlearning content.
• Utilize voiceover tools for training materials.

Requirements

• Strong instructional design and technical knowledge.
• Excellent content development and writing skills.
• Good research skills.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to meet required timelines for deliverables.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with SharePoint page administration.
• Familiarity with Adobe Articulate (Storyline and Rise) & Camtasia.
• Experience in developing curriculums in partnership with subject matter experts.
• Interest in learning new software and keeping the team updated.
