About the position

The E-Procurement Organizational Change Manager & Training Coordinator will lead the transformation of the VTBuys platform within the Department of Buildings & General Services. This role focuses on designing and implementing change management strategies, creating user training materials, and developing communication plans to facilitate system adoption. The position requires collaboration with stakeholders, conducting needs assessments, and guiding users through system transitions.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement change management strategies for the VTBuys platform.
  • Create user training materials to support system adoption.
  • Develop detailed communication plans for stakeholders.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify training and support requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation.
