The position of Program Manager and Acquisition Support is a full-time role based in Kent, WA, with an immediate start date. The successful candidate will oversee the development, design, and production of a Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition program at the contracted vendor location. This role requires a senior professional who can provide recommendations to the program office to ensure that the vendor is on track to deliver the system on schedule and within budget while meeting key performance parameters. The candidate must possess excellent communication skills and technical expertise in developing, designing, building, and integrating space hardware and software. The candidate will apply advanced principles, theories, and concepts for highly classified systems, effectively communicating complex results with management and executive leadership. This position is critical for supporting the development of first-of-kind space vehicles and missions, and the candidate will be expected to lead and solve problems as part of a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment. The proposed salary range for this position is $180,000-$210,000, influenced by various factors including prior work experience, specific skills, geographic location, education, and certifications.
