About the position

The E2E Process Integration Design Lead at Johnson & Johnson is a pivotal role within the MedTech Supply Chain Digital Transformation organization. This position is responsible for leading the design and integration of end-to-end business processes across various supply chain functions, ensuring that solutions align with business requirements while maintaining the integrity of the global ERP template. The role involves collaboration with key stakeholders to understand business needs, drive continuous improvement, and implement standardized processes and capabilities across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end business process mapping, scenario/use case definition, integration, and design adherence across the impacted functions.
  • Ensure key business processes and capabilities are designed, documented, and deployed in an integrated and effective manner within program timelines and scope.
  • Support deployment, and adherence to ERP Global Template as well as the program methodology.
  • Responsible for leading the program team in mapping end-to-end business processes/needs in order to solicit the right solutions, while ensuring that the solutions which are designed work in a well-integrated way with the other functions.
  • Lead the Design Council and drive identification and mitigation of design risks.
  • Lead and support key phases of program execution to drive design closure, integration across functions, business simulation readiness.
  • In collaboration with Business process owners, ensure design aligns strategies and roadmaps.
  • Partner with global team of Supply Chain experts in design, development, maintenance and improvement of global business processes and integration points.
  • Own establishment and implementation of process design methodology, including relevant templates, tools, methodology, controls, and cadence.
  • Manage cross-program process design interdependencies by working with respective stakeholders to implement controls, cadence, and risk mitigations.
  • Partner with program leads to establish integrated project plans / schedules / deliverables.
  • Partner with data standards team to ensure data standards meet business capability needs.
  • Support business adoption team to ensure change management, business readiness, site readiness, and training are delivered to meet business needs.
  • Develop and deliver program presentations for senior-level MT stakeholders to advise on historical and future program status.

Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or MBA is highly desirable
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in leadership roles within Operations, Supply Chain, or large transformation programs.
  • Minimum of 5 years of Supply Chain experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of business process design, engineering, or optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of MedTech Supply Chain.
  • Demonstrated hands-on project delivery required.
  • Experience in designing, developing, implementing, and managing operational technological processes within a global organization required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills, with proven ability to influence/collaborate to get to desired result.
  • People management and development experience.
  • Ability to effectively lead and govern cross-functional decision-making bodies required.
  • Knowledge in deploying standardized work processes, tools, and templates required.
  • Strong customer focus (internal & external), including development and management of stakeholders.
  • Experience managing to project timelines and milestones in complex business environments required.
  • Skilled at engaging and building relationships with senior business stakeholders required.
  • Exceptional business and digital acumen, including ERP expertise required.
  • Experience working in a complex, multi-ERP / system environment required.
