Responsibilities

  • Direct, develop, implement, and evaluate project budgets, schedules, and resource requirements.
  • Monitor and manage project costs and quality to ensure compliance with contract specifications.
  • Ensure adherence to approved safety standards during project phasing and traffic control plans.
  • Provide technical assistance in resolving construction problems related to contract administration.
  • Serve as project/team leader or assistant project/team leader during project development phases.
  • Train professional and technical staff.
  • Work with Federal Highway Administration representatives to ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements
