Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars and provide strategic support to increase productivity.
  • Act as a liaison to facilitate communication among team members.
  • Prioritize the Executive's time and adjust schedules as needed.
  • Develop strong relationships with external clients and internal teams.
  • Support strategic initiatives by offering insights and driving priorities forward.
  • Act as a project manager for team assignments and projects.
  • Draft and edit correspondence, documents, and presentations.
  • Organize recurring internal meetings and provide agendas.
  • Assist with client-related special events and new joiner onboarding.
  • Monitor email after hours for urgent requests and provide coverage for administrative staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
  • Exceptional experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a senior Executive (Partner level or equivalent).
  • Previous experience with operations and/or business strategy.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines in a professional manner.
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with the ability to engage with senior leaders and high-profile clients.
