The EAP On-site Clinician role at Acentra Health involves providing a comprehensive range of Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services to employees and management within a large government agency. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional and proactive EAP services as a licensed clinician.
• Deliver direct counseling and critical incident response services.
• Conduct training and psychoeducational presentations.
• Make referrals to treatment services and community resources.
• Comply with clinical protocols and Acentra Health policies.
• Communicate the scope of EAP services to clients and staff.
• Consult with supervisors on clinical case staffing and high-risk cases.
• Maintain a caseload of direct service counseling clients and manage case records.
• Foster productive working relationships with local contacts.
• Collaborate effectively with account managers and Acentra Health staff.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Licensed Counselor in the behavioral healthcare field issued by the Pennsylvania State Board.
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in EAP, mental health, substance abuse, or behavioral health.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet navigation.
• Ability to pass a federal security clearance for a non-sensitive/high-risk public trust position.

Nice-to-haves

• Cultural competency in working with Federal agencies.
• Active Moderate Risk MBI clearance.
