About the position

As a Cyber Systems Security Engineer at Lockheed Martin, you will play a crucial role in defending against missile threats by collaborating on the design, development, integration, and delivery of cybersecurity products for government customers. This position involves working in a dynamic environment that emphasizes innovation and teamwork to tackle sophisticated challenges in cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Capture, define, architect, design, develop, integrate, test, and deliver cybersecurity products.
• Identify, develop, and implement resilient cybersecurity solutions.

Requirements

• Awareness of Agile development environments.
• Basic experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
• Basic experience with Kubernetes.
• Basic experience with Risk Management Framework Processes, DoD RMF preferred.
• Must be DoD 8570/8140 Qualified or on the way for IAT Level II certification or higher.
• Must be willing and able to obtain DoD TS clearance, Secret clearance required on Day 1.

Nice-to-haves

• Basic experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and GitOps tools (Ansible, Packer, Terraform, Helm, ArgoCD).
• Basic experience with Defensive Cyber Operations tools (Splunk, Snort, Suricata, Zeek/Bro, Gigamon).
• Basic experience with Git source control and Gitlab CI/CD Pipelines.
