About the position

As a Cyber Systems Security Engineer at Lockheed Martin, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering cybersecurity products for government customers. This position involves capturing, defining, architecting, designing, developing, integrating, testing, and delivering solutions to defend against modern missile threats. You will work in a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and the use of cutting-edge technology.

Responsibilities

• Capture, define, architect, design, develop, integrate, test and deliver cybersecurity products.
• Identify, develop, and implement resilient cybersecurity solutions.

Requirements

• Awareness of Agile development environments.
• Basic experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
• Basic experience with Kubernetes.
• Basic experience with Risk Management Framework Processes, DoD RMF preferred.
• Must be DoD 8570/8140 Qualified or on the way for IAT Level II certification or higher.
• Must be willing and able to obtain DoD TS clearance, Secret clearance required on Day 1.

Nice-to-haves

• Basic experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and GitOps tools (Ansible, Packer, Terraform, Helm, ArgoCD).
• Basic experience with Defensive Cyber Operations tools (Splunk, Snort, Suricata, Zeek/Bro, Gigamon).
• Basic experience with Git source control and Gitlab CI/CD Pipelines.
