About the position

The position at Blue Origin involves applying multi-disciplinary engineering knowledge to design and engineer systems infrastructure for space vehicles. Responsibilities

• Apply multi-disciplinary engineering knowledge to design and engineer systems infrastructure.
• Monitor overall performance to identify potential issues and tune them appropriately.
• Perform root cause analysis on failed components and implement corrective measures.
• Work with others to establish and improve processes and procedures.
• Engage in system definition, systems test, system integration, system safety, operations, and system verification of fluid, mechanical, propulsion, and electrical systems.

Requirements

• Successfully completed an internship with Blue Origin in 2024.
• Enrolled or recently graduating student attending a college or university.
• Able to start working full-time on or before September of 2025.
• Minimum of a B.S. degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, or similar discipline.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team on rapid development programs.
• Self-driven with the ability to seek out requirements with minimal direction.
• Strong written, verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for Blue's Mission with a strong desire to continuously learn and improve.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national.
