The Early Careers recruiting team is building the foundation for new talent coming into Johnson Controls, and we are seeking two highly motivated and passionate contractor Recruiters to join our dynamic team. This hybrid recruiter role will work out of our Glendale, WI headquarters two days a week, focusing on Corporate and Sales roles. Responsibilities

  • Building and executing a recruiting plan at our targeted schools that focuses on attracting a diverse candidate pool.
  • Developing relationships at targeted universities with their career centers, student organizations, and relevant departments.
  • Promoting our brand across campuses to ensure long-standing new grad pipelines.
  • Managing the end-to-end recruiting life cycle for Early Careers roles.
  • Providing a great candidate experience throughout the interview process.
  • Tracking and analyzing recruiting data to identify trends and adjust strategies to achieve maximum results.

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of Early Careers Recruiting experience.
  • 1+ year of technical full life cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • 1+ year in-depth sourcing experience for technical and/or sales positions.
  • High level of organization and attention to details.
  • Strong MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Delivering results, relationship building, and teamwork with business partners and team members.
  • Passionate about providing exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience in all your interactions.
  • Strong stakeholder management.
  • Completed bachelor's degree.
  • Applicants must have U.S. work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience recruiting in Workday ATS.

Benefits

  • Hourly position starting at $34 to $37 per hour depending on previous experience.
  • Employment will be through AgileOne with the potential to become a full-time JCI employee.
