Year Up United is an intensive job training program designed for young adults aged 18-29, providing them with essential technical and professional skills through in-classroom training, internships, and personalized mentorship. The program aims to equip participants with the necessary tools to launch their careers successfully, with a focus on skill development and job placement support.

Responsibilities

• Participate in in-classroom skill development sessions.
• Engage in internships with leading organizations.
• Receive personalized coaching and mentorship.
• Build professional business and communication skills.
• Develop interviewing and networking skills.
• Create and refine resumes.

Requirements

• Must be 18-29 years old.
• High school graduate or GED recipient.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Available Monday-Friday throughout the program duration.
• Highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills.
• Must not have obtained a Bachelor's degree.
