About the position

The Compensation Analyst position is an internship role designed for individuals who have previously interned with the company. This role focuses on cleaning, entering, manipulating, and analyzing salary survey data from Fortune 1000 clients. The intern will work closely with consultants and clients to develop compensation strategies and evaluate compensation programs, contributing to the company's global HR solutions business.

Responsibilities

  • Clean, enter, manipulate, and analyze salary survey data from Fortune 1000 clients.
  • Partner with consultants and clients to design compensation philosophies and strategies that attract, reward, and retain employees.
  • Conduct job leveling using Willis Towers Watson's job evaluation methodologies.
  • Evaluate Board of Director compensation programs and levels.

Requirements

  • Progress towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or other quantitative degree preferred with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Proven analytical skills, good communication skills, and detail orientation.
  • PC expertise utilizing a database.
  • Ability to work legally in the United States indefinitely and without Visa sponsorship.
