About The Position
The Sophomore Actuarial Career Discovery Program at Aon offers college sophomores a unique opportunity to connect with advisors in the actuarial field, providing insights into a consulting career. This virtual mentorship program allows students to engage with professionals and peers, practice real-world scenarios, and serves as a direct pipeline to Summer 2026 Actuarial Intern opportunities. Selected mentees may be fast-tracked to final round interviews for the intern program.
