Responsibilities
- Nurture and educate young children in a respectful and supportive environment.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
- Monitor and assess children's development and progress.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's needs and progress.
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment.
Requirements
- Valid Child Development Associate Certification (preferred).
- 1 year of teaching experience (required).
- 1 year of childcare experience (preferred).
Nice-to-haves
- Experience as a preschool teacher, teacher assistant, or childcare worker.
- Early childhood education coursework.
