About the position

The Early Childhood Director at Everbrook Academy is responsible for leading a child care center, ensuring effective school operations, and promoting a safe and nurturing environment for children. This role involves supervising staff, managing educational programming, and driving enrollment through community outreach and marketing strategies. The Director is expected to uphold high professional standards and foster a positive partnership within the community.

Responsibilities

  • Manage school staff by planning work schedules, evaluating performance, and developing improvement plans.
  • Implement company-provided curriculum, coaching teachers and communicating standards effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with company and state licensing standards while promoting community partnerships.
  • Drive enrollment and marketing efforts for Everbrook Academy through grassroots strategies and local partnerships.
  • Create an educational, caring, and safe environment that sparks imagination and builds self-esteem in children.
  • Recruit, select, and retain quality staff.

Requirements

  • Must be Director qualified according to state licensing regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field is required.
  • 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience, preferably in early childhood education.

Nice-to-haves
