As an Early Childhood Education Assistant Teacher, you will be instrumental in creating a quality learning environment that actively engages children in both learning and play. Your role will involve enhancing the physical, emotional, cognitive, and social growth of children through various activities and interactions. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring that lesson plans are followed and that the developmental needs of children are assessed to build their knowledge and skills. You will also develop positive working relationships with families, fostering a collaborative environment that supports the children's growth. Additionally, you will participate in personal development opportunities to enhance your own knowledge, skills, and abilities as an early childhood educator. We are looking for team members who share a love for children and a passion for helping them learn, grow, and thrive. You should enjoy following a routine while also being adaptable to the in-the-moment changes that come with each day in childcare. The compensation for this position ranges from $16.00 to $17.50 per hour, depending on education level and experience.
